Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for opposite party No.1 and Mr.R.K.Maurya, learned counsel for opposite parties 2 and 3.
Upon perusal of the record it is apparent that though the petitioner's absence for a long time has been acknowledged as leave without pay by means of resolution dated 1.7.2011 passed by the Village Education Committee and the same has been sent for approval to the District Basic Education Officer, Shrawasti, but the decision is yet to be taken by him. Therefore, without entering in to the merit of the case, I hereby dispose of the writ petition finally with the direction to the respndent No.2 to take a decision on the petitioner's matter within one month after receipt of a certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid observations and directions the writ petition is disposed of finally.
