    Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and having considered the submissions made by Shri Arun Kumar Singh-I, learned counsel for the appellants, it is directed that the operation of the impugned Order dated 05.07.2011 will remain stayed until further orders of the Court, subject to the condition that the consequences mentioned in sub-section (2) of Section 6A of the Court Fees Act, 1870 will remain in operation during the pendency of the present appeal.

    Registry is directed to do the needful for compliance of the provisions contained in sub-section (3) of Section 6A of the Court Fees Act, 1870.
