The Trademark Team at K&S Partners is looking to hire a Paralegal with 2-6 years of experience for their Gurgaon office.

Roles and Responsibilities

Should have work experience in the range of 2-6 years in handling work related to trademark prosecution and oppositions.
Must know the work patterns with the Trademarks Office.
Must have a good understanding of the requirements under the Trademarks Rules, 2017, related to applications, oppositions, and rectifications.
Should possess the relevant knowledge to support attorneys in trademark searches
Should be able to prepare affidavits of use.
Should be able to independently correspond with clients with updates.
Should have good written and verbal communication skills.
