About the Opportunity

Trust Law Associates is looking for a Loan Settlement Advocate/ Debt Resolution Specialist to join their growing team.

If you understand the pressure clients face with loan defaults, recovery harassment, and financial stress – and know how to handle it legally and strategically – this role is for you.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handling loan & credit card settlement cases
  • Drafting legal notices & responses against recovery harassment
  • Client counselling and strategy planning
  • Liaising with banks/NBFCs for settlements
  • Ensuring legal and regulatory compliance

Eligibility Criteria

  • Law graduates (LLB/LLM)
  • 0–3 years (Freshers with strong legal understanding can apply)
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Understanding of debt settlement / recovery processes (preferred)
  • Ability to handle clients empathetically and professionally
