About the Position

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Assistant with 2–3 years of experience to join our Legal Team. Candidates having a keen interest in contract drafting, intellectual property laws and corporate legal matters are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

  • Drafting, reviewing and vetting of legal documents and agreements.
  • Intellectual Property matters, including Trademarks, Copyrights and IP protection.
  • Drafting and review of NDAs, Rent/Leave & License Agreements, Vendor Agreements, Service Agreements and other commercial contracts.
  • Legal research and documentation.
  • Contract management and record keeping.
  • Liaison with external counsels, consultants and regulatory authorities.
  • Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills.

Eligibility

  • Experience: 2–3 Years.
  • Preference: Immediate Joiners.

Location

Bandra East, Mumbai.
