About the organisation
Maharashtra Metro Rail Corporation Limited (MAHA-METRO), is a 50:50 jointly owned company of Government of India and Government of Maharashtra.
All metro rail projects will be covered under the legal framework of the Metro Railways (Construction of Works) Act, 1978; the Metro Railways (Operation and Maintenance) Act, 2002; and the Railways Act, 1989, as amended from time to time.

Deputy General Manager (Legal)

Eligibility
Full-time L.L.B degree (with 60% marks) from a Govt. recognised Institute/University.
Minimum 08 years’ experience in the field of Legal Department of Govt. Metro Rail/Railway/Railway PSU’s/Govt. Organization/PSU’s.
Candidate must be presently working in the IDA pay scale of Rs. 60,000 – 1,80,000/- or CDA Pay Scale of Pay Matrix Level-11 (7th CPC)
OR
Worked at least 03 years in the IDA Pay Scale of Rs. 50,000 – 1,60,000/- or CDA Pay Scale of Pay Matrix Level-10 (7th CPC) or above pay scale, as on closing date.
OR
Practicing advocate having minimum 08 years’ experience in handling court cases at District courts, High courts and Tribunals out of which minimum 02 years’ experience in legal department of Govt./Metro Rail Project as on closing date.
Salary
Rs. 70,000 – 2,00,000/-
