About Law CPM
Law CPM is the independent practice of Adv. Prashant Mishra, an advocate with nearly two decades of experience in litigation and arbitration. Prior to setting up his own practice in 2023, he was a Partner at Luthra & Luthra Law Offices and DSK Legal in the Dispute Resolution vertical.
Eligibility
Law students with:
- A sound grasp of foundational legal subjects
- Strong legal writing and analytical skills
- At least 2 published write-ups in reputed journals
- Attention to detail
- Comfort with digital tools for research and drafting
Perks
- First-hand experience building a case from the ground up

Mode
Offline (in-office)
Responsibilities
- Preparing and organizing case files
- Drafting petitions from scratch
- Preparing comprehensive list of dates and briefing notes
- Conducting legal research and case law analysis
- Assisting with filings and court procedure
- Taking ownership of assigned matters and maintaining familiarity with case files
Location
Defence Colony, New Delhi
Duration
Minimum 4 weeks (extendable depending on performance and requirement)
Stipend
No fixed bar. A stipend will be offered based on the intern’s contribution and quality of work.
