Eligibility

LLB or LLM fresher

4th & 5th-year students of 5-year course and 3rd-year students of 3-year law course.

Tenure

2-6 months after 6-month Interns may be considered as part of the Legal team and place at the position of Legal Associate.

Job description

  • Trademarks, Copyright, Patent and design registration-related work both domestic and overseas portfolio including trademark searches, journal screening, applications, responding to Office actions/examination reports, assisting with oppositions and litigations related to trademarks.
  • Experience in Trade Marks, Copyright and Design work during earlier internships or interest in IPR work.
  • Candidates need to have good command over written and spoken English. Good personality with pleasant mannerisms. A Systematic approach and professional work attitude.
