Restaurants, pubs, and hotels in Chandigarh can now stay up till 3 a.m. under a new excise policy.

The policy aims at balancing the aspirations of the consumers, manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers & the Govt.
According to the new excise policy, to curb spurious liquor, pilfer proof seals are made mandatory in the country.
