About the Faculty of Law
The JLU Faculty of Law was established as part of Jagran Lakecity University, Bhopal, in the year 2014. The JLU Faculty of Law is one of the most premium global law schools in Central India. With a focus on domain-specific research by faculty and students, and hands-on training through moot courts and internships, we ensure that our students are ready to make their mark in the legal fraternity from day one.
About the Conference
Contemporary constitutional orders face complex global and domestic developments that challenge established understandings of democratic governance and the protection of human rights.
Constitutionalism provides the institutional and normative framework through which societies structure and limit the exercise of public power, ensuring accountability, the rule of law, and the protection of fundamental freedoms. In doing so, constitutional frameworks shape the organization of state authority while reflecting a broader commitment of democratic societies to liberty, equality, and justice.

The Conference invites research papers that delve into various facets of the overarching theme, “Constitutionalism and Human Rights in a Changing World Order: New Challenges and Evolving Perspectives.” Participants are encouraged to explore topics aligned with this central theme, and while not limited to these areas, the sub-themes serve as guiding areas of focus.
