Senior Manager (Human Resources)

Eligibility

Full time two year Post-Graduate Degree in HR or Personnel Management or Industrial Relations or Labour Welfare or Social Work (specialisation in Personnel/HR Management) or Business Administration (specialisation in Personnel/HR Management) or Full time two year Post Graduate Diploma in HR or Personnel Management or Industrial Relations or Labour Welfare or Social Work (specialisation in Personnel/HR Management) or Business Administration (specialisation in Personnel/HR Management ) with 9 years full time executive experience in Personnel/ HR/Welfare/IR functions in a major manufacturing unit/PSU.

Degree in Law will be preferred additional qualification. (Executives of other PSUs holding analogous posts or with a minimum of three years in E3 grade (Rs. 24900-50500 or Rs. 60000-180000) are only eligible.

For the private sector, the candidate must be employed in regular capacity with CTC Rs. 12 lakhs per annum).

Salary

Rs. 29100-54500 (E4).

The total of Basic + DA+ HRA will be around Rs. 74930/ per month at the current rates.
