About the Position

Hiring for the Position of Associate in Dispute Resolution Team.

Eligibility

• The candidate must be well- versed with the Arbitration Law, CPC, Limitation, SRA, etc.
• Must have prior experience of handling civil disputes and arbitration matters.
• Must be equipped with excellent drafting and communication skills.
• Consistent, hard-working and capable of quality work with an efficient and focused performance ethic;
• A team player who is interactive, open to considering differing perspectives and capable of an open discussion to develop the best strategy concerning the assignment at hand.
• Written communication must be clear, concise and effective; and
• Candidates from reputed Colleges with good drafting skill and appearances in Court will be given preference.
• PQE: 1 – 2 Years.
