The Bank was registered under the Co-operative Societies Act in the year 1952 and started functioning from April, 1953.
The late Shri B.K. Patel, I.C.S., Ex. Municipal Commissioner, was the principal architect of this Institution which he founded in 1952. Shri Patel with his high sense of public service gathered around him a band of selfless Municipal employees and convinced them that through Co-operative effort Municipal employees could help not only themselves and others in financial difficulties, but could also educate and help them in building up credit.
Thus inspired by lofty ideals for the betterment of the economic and material well-being o the Civic employees, the Bank was launched with a modest beginning.
The Municipal Co-Operative Bank Ltd, Mumbai is inviting applications for the job role of Assistant General Manager (AGM) (Internal Auditor).
A candidate should have a minimum of 3-years of experience in an Internal Audit Department or be designated in the post of and working as Senior Manager or Assistant General Manager or equivalent post in Bank.
The candidate should read, write and speak Marathi with fluency.
Up to 50 years for Officer working with the Municipal Co-operative Bank Ltd., Mumbai and in case of other candidates maximum age up to 40 years.
Pay Scale : 2736-335-5416-402-7024-482-8952-508-14540.
Total CTC Rs. 9.42 lakhs including Basic, Dearness Allowance, Provident Fund, Bonus, Gratuity, Medical Allowances, Other Allowances etc.
