About Equilibrio Advisory

About the Internship

Equilibrio is inviting applications from eligible candidates for its internship.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct extensive research on various laws (such as POSH, POCSO, gender-based laws, various international laws, etc.)
• Drafting and vetting various legal documents such as policies, research notes, contracts, articles, etc.
• Collating existing research material in an easy-to-understand manner using PowerPoint and other relevant tools.
• Assisting in any other work as may be assigned by the management.

Eligibility

• Currently enrolled as a 3rd-year student in a three-year law program or as a 4th or 5th-year student in a five-year law program.
• Strong proficiency in the English language.
• In-Depth understanding of various relevant laws such as POSH Law, POCSO, Transgender Persons Act, etc.
• They have already interned with us before.
• If they have a strong proficiency in various regional languages
• Candidates who have published research paper(s) on relevant topics.
• Candidates with prior experience in internships in relevant fields of POSH, POCSO, DV, etc.

Stipend

The amount of the monthly stipend is to be determined based on the quality of work that is undertaken.
