Eligibility

Law Intern

Qualification: LLB 3rd-year students of 3 years LLB course or 5th-year students of 5 years integrated course. Should be sincere and dedicated towards work, perform legal research and, organize the filling system and prepared court proceedings, prepare notes and briefs regarding cases.

Experience: 0-1 years

Junior Law Assistant

Qualification

• Any LLB enrolled person, An Advocate or a person having special knowledge and who are able to perform the following works:
• A person having knowledge in Corporate Law, Banking law, abilities like case analysis, drafting, using arguments and drafting corporate Agreements and letters,
• Assistance and appearances before High Courts and other lower Courts.
• Legal research and preparing briefcase notes and also supervising of cases before High Courts.
• Drafting Writ Petitions, Suits Counters, and Legal Notices.

Experience: 1-5 years.

Junior Law Assistant: Based on Performance
