About the Opportunity

Wingify is inviting law students to intern with them at their Delhi office. They will help to identify the liability clause and amount in the legal contracts and later try to identify how to mitigate those liabilities.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the review of contracts to identify legal obligations.
  • Record maintenance of all contracts.
  • Prepare risk management and coordination with different internal teams in this regard.
  • Assist in developing risk management controls and systems.

Eligibility

  • Bachelor’s degree in legal risk management, corporate law, or related field required.
  • At least one year of related experience is preferred.
  • Analytical skills and an eye for detail.
  • Strong computer and research skills.
  • Planning and organizational skills.
