Strategy India, a leading consulting agency (www.strategyindia.com), is seeking two dedicated, detail-oriented, and motivated individuals for the position of Legal Intern in its Research Support & Compliance division, which is responsible for [conducting legal research, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and supporting the legal team in various tasks].

Interns who demonstrate exceptional performance and dedication in the program may be offered a role in our prestigious Analysis & Implementation division.

This division is at the forefront of providing strategic legal advice, analysing data for the scam alert platform ( https://www.strategyindia.com/blog/scam-alerts/), and implementing legal solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities

Research Projects: Assist in conducting comprehensive research on various legal topics and cases.
Drafting Legal Documents: Support the team in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
Supporting Victims of MLM Scams: Guide victims of MLM scams nationwide in filing complaints and overcoming hurdles in filing FIRs.
Raising Awareness: Participate in initiatives to raise awareness against MLM and Ponzi scams.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in an accredited law school (NLSIU Bengaluru, NLU Delhi, NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad, NUJS, Kolkata and NLU Jodhpur)
Strong research and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research platforms.

Compensation

INR. 5,500 fixed + Out of pocket expenses

Minimum Duration of the Program

1 month (maximum 11 months)
