About the Course

The certificate program in Arbitration is a 45-hour, self-paced, and fully virtual course covering Domestic Arbitration, International Arbitration, International Commercial Arbitration, Ad-hoc Arbitration, Fast track Arbitration & Institutional Arbitration. 

The program includes printed and electronic resources, access to a wide range of expert faculty, and masterclasses taught by industry experts. It is geared to equip aspiring legal professionals with the tools to understand and advise clients on the arbitration process.

About the Faculty

  • Dr. Bharat Nain

Dr. Bharat Nain is co-author of ‘FAQs on Arbitration in India’, a comprehensive and practical book on the subject. A corporate professional with over 40 years of experience, he is a trained professional arbitrator and Founder-Director of United Resouce Consultants Pvt Ltd.

Dr. Nain has completed the Fellowship in International Arbitration from the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, London. He is passionate about demystifying arbitration and has a business-centric approach to the subject.

In addition, Dr. Nain is a certified Marshall Goldsmith Executive Coach and holds engineering and MBA degrees.

  • Dr. Aditya Nain

Dr. Aditya Nain is an internationally published author of two books, including co-author of ‘FAQs on Arbitration in India’. Formerly a full-time academic, he is a business owner, holds a Ph.D. from IIT Bombay, and is a regular visiting faculty at FLAME University.

Aditya has developed and taught courses at universities for over ten years. He is a Director at United Resource Consultants Pvt Ltd, a Founder-Director of Asset Shield Investment Consultants Pvt Ltd; Founder-Director of Aditya Nain Research and Consulting Inc.

  • Gokul Narayan

Gokul Narayan is the Chief Operations Officer of the Asian School of Cyber Laws and a Mediator with the CAMP Arbitration and Mediation Pvt. Ltd, Bangalore. He holds a Masters degree in law from Symbiosis Law School, Pune.

Gokul has been in the field of education as a faculty and an entrepreneur for over 15 years. He designs, curates, markets and delivers state-of-the-art legal courses, seminars, and workshops to students as well as working professionals. His areas of specialization include Cyber Law, Mediation, Arbitration and Intellectual Property Law.
