From Aadhaar to Sabarimala, the Judiciary has delivered various important judgments and changes in the supreme laws of our nation mark a wider change in our society and its growth. The Supreme Court starts its step to change the society for its betterment and ensure equality among all the individuals from the saying “Devotion cannot be subjected to gender discrimination”, ‘Sunlight is the best disinfectant’, “Adultery, not a crime” to “LGBT section 377” and by allowing the live streaming of cases which would bring transparency in legal proceedings and increase the awareness among the people to get to know about their public rights.
