BMS College of Law, Bengaluru, a premier institution of excellence in imparting legal education, was started during the academic year 1963-64 by Late Sri. B S Narayan, Donor Trustee, under the aegis of BMS Educational Trust. The trust is named after Sri. B M Sreenivasaiah, a great visionary and philanthropist who was conferred with the title of “Rajakarya Prasaktha” by the then Maharaja of Mysore in the year 1946
The BMSCL Journal of Law is the flagship law journal of the BMS College of Law. Each issue is published annually and is edited by the faculty and subject-matter experts at BMS. BMSCL Journal of Law is a blind-reviewed journal and aims to publish the highest quality of scholarly work. It aims to problematise complex issues of law and provides a platform for academicians, practitioners and students to engage in critical thinking.
Submissions are welcome in the field of Public Law. Public Law includes but is not limited to Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Criminal Law etc.
Submissions have to be only made electronically to lawjournal[at]bmscl.ac.in. Please note that any submission to any individual professor or faculty in-charge shall not be considered for publication.
Additionally, any paper that is sent by post/courier shall not be considered by publication. The given email is the only method making a submission for the journal.
The last date to submit your papers is 11:59 pm February 14th, 2020. Any submission post the deadline shall not be considered for publication.
