Concept Note

"Technology is driving the evolution of law, challenging traditional norms and reshaping our understanding of justice." - Brad Smith

The "Emerging Jurisprudence of Digital Transformation of Law" encapsulates the evolving legal landscape in the era of rapid technological advancement. This concept reflects the profound impact of digital transformation on traditional legal frameworks and the emergence of new legal principles and practices to address the challenges and opportunities presented by the digital age.

Digital transformation has permeated every aspect of society, profoundly altering the way law is practiced, interpreted, and enforced. From the adoption of digital technologies in legal processes to the ethical implications of artificial intelligence and the regulation of emerging technologies, the intersection of law and technology has become increasingly complex and multifaceted.

The "Emerging Jurisprudence of Digital Transformation of Law" embodies the ongoing evolution of legal principles and practices in response to the digital revolution. By exploring the intersection of law and technology across various themes, we aim to deepen our understanding of the challenges and opportunities presented by digital transformation and to shape a legal framework that promotes fairness, accountability, and justice in the digital age. In the above background, this Conference aims to examine how law and technology intersect and how our legal system must respond to the challenges caused by the effect of technology on the society at large. This conference will act as a platform for professionals, academicians, and students to come together and discuss the interdisciplinary aspects of law and technology and discuss the issues and challenges in this arena.

This conference is going to bring together leading academicians, policymakers and research scholars to exchange and share their experiences and research results on all aspects in relation to the theme of this conference.
