Justice A. K Sikri to Young Lawyers: Good Drafting complimented by Effective presentation core to success

On Friday, All India Lawyers' Forum has organised an Online Learning Session with regard to "AOR Lecture Series -1“ On the Topic :“Pleading & Drafting "

It was inaugurated  by Hon’ble Mr. Justice A. K Sikri Judge , Supreme Court of India (Retired) & International Judge : Singapore Commercial Court.

 Key Note Speaker of the event was Mr. Vivek Tankha Sr. Adv Supreme Court of India, Eminent Jurist & M.P. 

Welcome Speech was delivered by Vikas Verma Former AAG, Co- Chairman All India Lawyers Forum And Vote of thanks given by Mr. Joseph Aristotle S.Secreatary SCAORA on this occasion. 

During the Webinar Key note Vivek Tankha said that time has changed and drafting and pleading doing on virtual platforms.

He said that young Lawyers should read the latest case law again and again so that they can find the principal behind the statue and should have good books at office.

Tankha addec that AOR Exam is very important for Lawyers who do practice before Supreme Court of India and should be aware with the Constituional Jurisdiction and Supreme Court Rules with care and more attention on rule of Law.

He gave some valuable suggestions and academic knowledge to young lawyers that how to prepare the case and how to present before the court and said that extreme accuracy in drafting should be adopted.

Speaking about the original jurisdiction and appellate jurisdiction, he said both are with lot of Judgments and that Lawyers should be know the case law when drafting the case .
