Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised on the offer for sale of 26,40,40,829 equity shares of Indian Railway Finance Corporation Limited

CAM advised Goldman Sachs (India) Finance Private Limited ("Broker") on the offer for sale of 26,40,40,829 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each ("Equity Shares") of Indian Railway Finance Corporation Limited ("Company"), by the President of India, acting through the Ministry of Railways, Government of India, by way of an offer for sale through a separate designated window of the Stock Exchanges on February 24, 2026, representing 1.71% of the total issued and paid-up Equity Share capital of the Company. The floor price for the offer for sale was set as Rs. 104 per Equity Share. 

The Transaction team was led by Gokul Rajan, Partner (Regional Co-Head - Capital Markets - North); with support from Amitpal Singh, Principal Associate.
