Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas acted as the legal counsel for Fidelity Management & Research Company LLC (FMR) in the Series G round of investment in Valuedrive Technologies Private Limited (Spinny), involving a primary and a secondary component collectively worth $170 million, where FMR was the lead investor.
