YCM’s Dispute Prevention Specialist Course: Register by Dec 30

About the Training Program

Prevention is better than cure. Do you agree? If yes, then gain the skills to Prevent Disputes like a Pro. This November become a certified Dispute Prevention Specialist. Register for YCM’s Dispute Prevention Specialist Course in association with Khaitan & Co and Supported by Warwick University Mediation Clinic.

The participant will become YCM certified Dispute Prevention Specialist after completing all the modules spread over 30 hours.

General Details

The dates for the training program are (4 hours per day excluding breaks):

• Level 1: 25 – 26 February
• Level 2: 4 – 5 March
• Level 3: 11 – 12 March

YCM’s Expert Friends

Some of YCM’s Expert Friends will be invited as Assessors so that you can network with the who’s who in the mediation and dispute resolution field globally. Fee Details

• Fees per level is INR 3,500 and for all three levels INR 10,500
• Early bird discount by November 25, 2022 – INR 9000 for all three levels (Save INR 1500)

Prize

• Students will become YCM-certified Dispute Prevention Specialists after completing all the modules and passing the assessment.
• Top performers will be given internship opportunities at YCM.
• Top performers will qualify to apply to start a YCM Chapter at their educational institution or location.

International Bonus 

Participants will qualify to apply to the International Project by YCM-Warwick University. Kick-start your international conflict manager journey!

Internship Bonus 

Top performers will be placed for internships at Samvad Partners, ZEUS Law Associates, CREK ODR, Bridge Mediation, and YCM.
