The Journal of Legal Studies (ISSN: 2321-1059 only Print) is an International Refereed Peer-Reviewed Journal of Legal Studies is published biannually in the month of January and July. The Journal focused on gathering knowledge on the different issues of Law. The Journal welcomes and encourages original legal research papers, articles, short notes and case comments, etc.
Papers are processed through a blind referral system by experts in concerned subjects. To ensure anonymity in reviewing the papers, the name of the author, co-author, designation, address, contact number, e-mail, and title of the paper should appear only on the first page of the paper.
Except for the call for paper, the most valuable and suggestive comments of all the readers are always awaited and welcomed in order to achieve the ultimate goal. This issue of the journal brings together contemporary scholarship situated at the intersection of constitutionalism, technological transformation, and social justice, inviting critical engagement with digital constitutionalism in platform-governed societies, transformative constitutionalism and the judicial expansion of social justice in India, and the persistent realities of caste- and gender-based intersectional discrimination.
It further examines the use of artificial intelligence in judicial processes through the lens of transparency, fairness, and due process, offers a critical appraisal of informational privacy and data governance under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and advances constitutional discourse on menstrual health as a dimension of dignity, equality, and public health, while welcoming other pressing national and international issues shaping contemporary legal thought.
Dr. Daniel Acquah, Senior Lecturer and Adjunct Professor of Intellectual Property Law at the University of Turku, Finland, has graciously agreed to serve as the Chief Editor of this volume.
