Subramanian Swamy seeks daily hearing in SC over Ayodhya issue

He want threadbare discussion in the Parliament so that communal harmony is restored in the country.

Subramanian Swamy BJP Leader today reasoned for day-to-day hearing in the Supreme Court on the Ayodhya Temple dispute and also also sought detailed discussion on the issue in upper house Rajya Sabha.

While raising the matter in the Zero Hour, Swamy stated that it is very important to have a discussion in the Upper House on this “urgent developing issue” of building a Ram Janam Bhoomi Temple at the disputed site in Ayodhya.

BJP had made a solemn assurance in its manifesto that it will find solution as per legal methods, and through courts.

The Case is currently pending in the Supreme Court for adjudication.

Swamy shared that all parties had “broadly agreed” that there should be commencement of day-to-day hearing on the issue to find a solution.

He urged the Government to direct its Law officers go petition and request Supreme Court on the lines of steps taken in the High Court and ensure that this matter is disposed off expeditiously after day-to-day hearings,” he said.

Swamy also vehemently stressed that the issue “should be discussed at length and threadbare in the Parliament so that communal harmony is restored in the country”.
