I. LEGISLATIVE BUSINESS

BILLS FOR CONSIDERATION & PASSAGE

1. The Major Port Authorities Bill, 2020

SHRI MANSUKH MANDAVIYA to move that the Bill to provide for regulation, operation and planning of Major Ports in India and to vest the administration, control and management of such ports upon the Boards of Major Port Authorities and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto, be taken into consideration.

2. The Assisted Reproductive Technology (Regulation) Bill, 2020

DR. HARSH VARDHAN to move that the Bill for the regulation and supervision of the assisted reproductive technology clinics and the assisted reproductive technology banks, prevention of misuse, safe and ethical practice of assisted reproductive technology services and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto, be taken into consideration.

3. The Factoring Regulation(Amendment) Bill, 2020

SHRIMATI NIRMALA SITHARAMAN to move that the Bill to amend the Factoring Regulation Act, 2011, be taken into consideration.

Also to move that all the Bills be passed.

2. SHRIMATI SMRITI ZUBIN IRANI to make a statement regarding the status of implementation of the recommendations contained in the 2nd Report of the Standing Committee on Labour on Demands for Grants (2019-20) and 6th Report on Demands for Grants (2020-21) pertaining to the Ministry of Textiles.
