Delhi HC to e-inaugurate its 'Online e-Filing System' this Saturday; Join in via YouTube [Read Notice]

The Delhi High Court has notified that "Online e-Filing System" shall be e-inaugurated on Saturday by Hon’ble Mr. Justice D.N.Patel, Chief Justice, Delhi High Court in the august presence of Companion Judges of Delhi High Court and other distinguished guests.

This facility will enable the Advocates/litigants-in-person to file fresh cases/caveat as well as applications/reply/rejoinder/document/

vakalatnama etc. in the pending cases from their chamber/office/residence or any other place at any time, without the necessity of personally visiting the Filing Counters/Designated Counters.

The e-inauguration will be also attended electronically by Secretaries of the Government of India, Chief Secretary (GNCTD), Director General (NIC), Officers of Department of Justice, Government of India, District & Sessions Judges, Officers of the District Judiciary, Executive Committee of Delhi High Court Bar Association and District Court Bar Associations, Registrars/Joint  Registrars of Delhi High Court, Officers of NIC, Advocates, staff of Delhi High Court and general public.
