Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas acted as the Indian legal counsel to SEDEMAC Mechatronics Limited on the 10,873.50 million IPO

CAM acted as the Indian legal counsel to SEDEMAC Mechatronics Limited (“Company” or “SEDEMAC”) on the initial public offer of equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each of the Company (“Equity Shares”), comprising an offer for sale by its existing shareholders, aggregating to Rs. 10,873.50 million (“Offer for Sale”, and such initial public offer, the “Offer”). The Offer was priced at Rs. 1,352 per Equity Shares and also comprised a reservation for eligible employees of the Company. The Equity Shares commenced trading on BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited on March 11, 2026. We also advised certain selling shareholders, namely, Manish Sharma (“Promoter Selling Shareholder”) and Ashwini Amit Dixit (“Promoter Group Selling Shareholder”) on Indian law aspects in relation to the Offer for Sale. 

The book running lead managers to the Offer were ICICI Securities Limited, Avendus Capital Private Limited and Axis Capital Limited (“BRLMs”). The Transaction team was led by Manan Lahoty, Partner - (Head - Capital Markets); and Anshul Roy, Partner; with support from Rishav Buxi, Principal Associate; Anuj Gupta, Niharika Payannavar, Hitesh Nagpal, Aditya Maheshwari and Chinmay Jumde, Associates.
