On Saturday, a Notice have been circulated from Executive Committee of DHCBA that the Delhi High Court has further extended its suspended functioning till 30th June, 2020.
In wake of the prevailing situation with Corona cases contuining to come out of the capital, the concerned Authority has taken the decision to delay normalcy until suitable situation prevails.
The Court shall continue taking up 'urgent matters' as per Roster dated 20th May, 2020 and instructions in it via video conferencing.
It has also been ordered that all the benches in the High Court shall also endeavour to take up 20 oldest ‘Regular/final category matters’ pending on their respective boards through video conferencing mode.
Details of the adjournment dates of pending matters registered before the Court between 15.6.20 and 30.6.20 has been given in the circular.
