About the Role

They are looking for 2 (two) Senior Associates (4–6 years of post-qualification experience) to join their team in Bengaluru.

The opportunity to work closely with the 2 senior partners of the Firm, both of whom have ~20+ years of experience.

Eligibility

• 4–6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in corporate or transaction advisory work, preferably with a top-tier law firm or a boutique practice.
• Strong grasp of Venture Capital and M&A transactions, with a clear understanding of company law, contract law and employment law.
• Strong demonstrable interest in at least two of the industries that GLA does a lot of work in.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to own and drive projects independently, while being able to also mentor younger lawyers, and also being able to contribute to the firm’s thought leadership initiatives.
