About the Job

Schaeffler Group is hiring for the role of legal counsel for its office in Pune, Maharashtra.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal consulting services to account management in business or function, for an organization assigned or in a specialized area of competence.
• Evaluate legal impact, provide legal counseling on business decisions, or contribute to approval processes.
• Prepare legal documents, reports, and correspondences such as contracts, summonses, briefs, complaints, and motions.
• Prepare and decide cases from a legal perspective, and provide respective guidance to the recipient.
• Plan, prepare, and conduct litigations, and prepare defense positions in cooperation with external lawyers.
• Plan and conduct legal training on laws and other external regulations.

Eligibilitya

• University degree in General law, contract law, corporate law, business, trade and liability law, labor law, or other related law fields.
• 5 to 10 years.
