Roles and Responsibilities

Senior Associate

• Advanced legal research for arguments (documents, exhibits, case laws)
• Drafting writs, appeals, suits & arguing before HC and District Courts
• Drafting Precipies by checking the latest sitting list and circulating matters for urgent hearing
• Preparing precedents and taking stock of matters 2 weeks in advance to complete all compliances

Junior Associate

• Small court appearances
• Cause list checking
• E-filing & physical filing
• Summons, certified copies & registry follow-ups

Eligibility Criteria

Experience is non-negotiable. Fresh advocates and college internship-only profiles, please do not apply.

Senior Associate

• Experience: Minimum 10 years (hardcore litigation)
• Must have obtained minimum 5 court orders
• Apply with CV + redacted orders mandatory

Junior Associate

• Experience: Minimum 3 years
• Apply with CV and Experience Certificate
