About the Advocate

Advocate Randhir Singh Duhan has served as a senior civil servant and during the service, he served as Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Additional District Magistrate, Additional Commissioner (Administration).

Currently practising Land Acquisition cases pertaining to Central Government such as National Highways Authorities, Indian Railways, Gas Authority of India, Power Grid of India in North India Courts and specialization in Arbitration cases. He also practices in Specific Relief Act, Real Estate and other Civil Laws in the Courts of NCLT, CAT, Armed Forces Tribunal and High Courts.

Books authored by me are: Role of military under U.N., Arms Control and Disarmament, Custodial Deaths in Violation of Human Rights, U.P. Revenue Code, and Handbook for District Magistrates and Executive Magistrate.

What Work will Interns do?

To prepare pleadings, writing Writs under Article 226 of Constitution of India, preparing the narrative of suits, counter-Affidavits, rejoinder affidavits and other allied works related with the law on the basis of the case to case. Before preparation, the intern is taught about the related Act and the procedure.

Eligibility

Any final year student of law and fresh law graduates having good command in English and should have curiosity for knowing and understanding the law with having research ability for a physical internship at Noida only. No online internship is imparted.

High Courts of North India residing and practising from Home Office in C-190, Sector-44, Noida, (UP).

Physical internship at Noida Sector 44 only needs to apply.
