V. Kadam Associate specializes in investor fraud matters.Work in the Arbitration Department of the Stock Exchange, know all the procedures for claiming the losses incurred by the stockbrokers and know the administrative process of filing complaints and Arbitration Applications and is also adept in handling appeals before the Appellate Arbitration Tribunals of Exchange and also before High Court of Bombay.

Nature of Internship:

Securities Law and Arbitration Matter

Assisting in the Drafting of Arbitration References, Statement of Defense, Rejoinder and other pleadings before NSE/BSE and High Court and other legal documents.
Assisting in the Drafting of Agreements/Contracts etc. Proofreading of Documents.
Due Diligence, Negotiation of property and as well as authentication /verification check of registered property title documents.
Preparation of Annexures and Filing Miscellaneous Documents a day before the proceedings and also accompanying with the Advocate for the same.

12/Sampada Bldg. Taikal Wadi, Bhagat Lane, Matunga (West), Mumbai-400016.

Who Can Apply?

Students in the Second, Third, Fourth and Fifth Year of Five Year Course and Students of Three Year Course, who are available part time/ full time and have flawless language and drafting skills.
The intern should have some knowledge of Securities Law, NSE and BSE Rules, Byelaws and Regulations.
Should conduct research whenever needed.

Duration of Internship:

At least two months. V. Kadam Associate requires intern throughout the year.

The office timings would be from 10 am to 6 pm.

Incentives:

Internship Certificate.
Reimbursement of food and travelling up to Rs.200 each if the intern has to wait beyond 9 pm.
Travelling Money shall be paid if used for work during office hours (strictly public transport).
Stipend- Performance-Based and upon completion of 4 weeks only.
