Team Legal is a Legal & Corporate Consultancy Firm in India which deals in Real Estate, Intellectual Property, Corporate law, NBFC Consultancy, Labour Law, Taxation, FEMA and related matters.

About the internship

The work in the internship will revolve around Intellectual Property hence the candidate should either have studied intellectual property or must have worked in an IP firm before. Candidates with prior experience in the IP domain shall be preferred. The work includes intense research into the IP arena along with the IP prosecution field.

The candidate will be asked among other things to conduct a regular search of trademarks and copyrights at both national and international level. Candidates may also be asked to visit the trademark registry during their tenure.

If required, the candidates may also be asked to work diverse areas on law other then IP.

Who can Apply?

The internship is available for 4th & 5th-year law students of 5-year law course and 3rd-year students of the 3-year law course.

Stipend

Rs. 4000/-

Duration of internship

One month – can be renewed for an extra month depending on the performance of the candidates. Internship commences 15th December.

6 days a week.

Time: 10 AM – 7 PM
