About the Opportunity

Sapphire & Sage Law Offices, Gurgaon invites applications for a Virtual 3-month Internship Program for 4th/5th-year students to learn the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 and the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002.

Mode of Internship

The internship at Sapphire & Sage Law Offices will be an online (virtual) opportunity.

Roles and Responsibilities

The daily responsibilities of the selected interns will include the following:

• Research and Development
• Drafting
• Law Review
• Legal, Contractual, and Regulatory matters
• Paralegal Assistance

Eligibility Criteria

• Students in the 4th or 5th year of the law degree course.
• Students who have prior knowledge/interest to learn The Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999, and the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002.

Stipend

The selected intern would be eligible for an appropriate stipend or engagement opportunity, if any, based on their work performance only.
