About the Internship

The person will be part of the Legal team that looks after corporate as well as Indian exchange control compliance of our clients. This is an opportunity to gain on-the-job experience of compliance applicable to subsidiaries of the foreign corporations in India.

• To assist in research on legal points for advisory and other related assignments;
• To assist in compiling Legal & Compliance related documents;
• To assist in maintaining and updating contract tracker of live contracts;
• To research and prepare weekly legal updates on relevant laws;
• To support the Legal & Compliance Team in overall day-to-day related work.
