About the Course

4. How to draft Writ Petitions before High Court & Supreme Court.
5. Special Leave Petition before Supreme Court- Drafting & Procedure.
6. How to draft Interlocutory Applications.
7. How to draft first, second and Miscellaneous Appeals.
8. How to Draft Affidavit.
9. How to Draft Notices.
10. How to approach a Case before Drafting- What is List of Dates and How to prepare it- How to Prepare Synopsis.
