About the Speaker

Ms. Manvi Dutta is currently an Assistant Professor at JECRC University, Jaipur. Prior to this, she held the position of Assistant Professor at Amity University, Noida, and served as a visiting professor at Pink City Law College. With over four years of teaching experience, Ms. Dutta brings a wealth of expertise to her role. She holds a law degree from Mody University and an LLM from Queen Mary
University, London. Additionally, she completed her PGDMBA from Narsee Monjee University, Mumbai. Ms. Dutta’s scholarly work has been published in various esteemed journals. Ms. Dutta has also actively contributed to moot court competitions, having judged the Novice Moot Court twice at JECRC University and the Quarter Final Round of a Moot Court Competition. During her B.Com.LL.B. studies, she was recognized as one of the top five mooters in the Inter Moot Court Competition held at Mody University. Her extensive experience in both academia and practical law makes her a valuable speaker for this course.
