About the Journal

Journal of Innovation, Competition and Information Law (JICIL) is a tri-annual law journal aimed at understanding the nexus of the three areas: Intellectual Property Law, Antitrust Laws, and Information Law, which binds the subject matter of the other two laws.

There is vast scope for the application of Intellectual Property and Antitrust Laws in India. Therefore, this journal seeks to delve into academic research to achieve a legitimate footing in practice.

Editorial Board Recruitment

The journal is accepting applications from students for the following editorial positions in the journal. These include:

• Senior Associate Editors: The position of Senior Associate Editor is for candidates who have prior editorial experience in one or more brief positions and are interested in learning more about reviewing manuscripts and managing teams. The work for such editors would typically involve review and editing of manuscripts, engagement in research and policy work, apart from assisting with administrative functions.

• Associate Editors: The position of Associate Editor or Trainee Editor is for candidates who do not have prior editorial experience, however, are interested in understanding the functioning of the journal and its subject areas. The work for such editors would typically involve editing manuscripts, researching legal updates, engaging in policy work as well as assisting with administrative functions of the journal.

Stipend

The positions are voluntary and therefore, no stipend is granted.
