Details of the Moot Court Competition

A National Moot Court Competition to be held on dates 4th, 5th, and 6th April, 2025 at the Centre of Legal Education, Iswar Saran Degree College.

A total of 32 teams are allowed to participate. No two or more teams can participate from the same institution. The first 32 teams which register for the competition shall directly qualify to compete in the Preliminary Rounds.

Eligibility

Students pursuing five-year integrated or three-year undergraduate course on Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from any institution duly recognised by the Bar Council of India for the current academic session.

Fee Details

  • One-time non-refundable registration fee without accommodation charges– Rs 5000/-
  • One-time non-refundable registration fee with accommodation charges – Rs 9500/-

  • Winner Team – Cash Prize of Rs 51,000/-; Internship opportunity at HSA Advocates; Trophy
  • Runner-Up Team – Cash Prize of Rs 25,000/-; Trophy
  • Best Memorial – Cash Prize of Rs 15,000/-; Trophy
  • Best Speaker – Cash Prize of Rs 10,000/-; Trophy
  • Best Researcher – Cash Prize of Rs 10,000/-; Trophy

Note – All the participating teams to be given a certificate of participation and the award-winning teams to be given certificates of merit.
