In Tis Hazari Courts at PS Rathi Block Two Advocates are stated to be tested positive of Coronavirus.
The incident is alarming as the Courts will be opened soon after the Lockdown period ends.
Though the Courts are observing precautionary methods, there is a need to be extra careful.
There is possibility of spreading Covid-19 among the Advocates and the Clients.
The Courts administration and the Delhi Government must establish dedicated Covid-19 Centres for the Advocates in or around the Court premises.
After all the Advocates being the essential part of the judicial system must have been always guaranteed to have safe, secured and healthy life particularly in the present Covid-19 threats.
