The High Court of Tripura has scheduled National Lok Adalat in the High Court premises on Saturday the 11th day of December, 2021from 10.00 AM to 04.00 PM through Hybrid Mode.
The High Court Legal Services Committee, High Court of Tripura. in exercise of the powers conferred under Regulation 6(b) of the National Legal Services Authority (Lok Adalats) Regulations, 2009, hereby constitutes the Bench of the National Lok Adalat scheduled to be held on 11.12.2021 to exercise jurisdiction under section 19(5) of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 to determine and to arrive at a compromise or settlement between the parties to cases pending before the Hon'ble High Court and referred to the aforesaid National Lok Adalat.
Court of the aforesaid National Lok Adalat shall comprise of: -
Hon'ble Mr. Justice A. Lodh - Presiding Judge
(1) Sri Parimal Mahajan - Member/Conciliator
(2) Sri Kripankar Chakraborty - Member/Conciliator
The Lok Adalat shall hold its sitting on 11.12.2021 in the High Court of Tripura at Capital Complex, Agartala from 10.00 AM to 04.00 PM.
