The joint venture involves technology and know-how collaboration and a complex tripartite supply arrangement between two Poppe + Potthoff entities and Lal Baba Engineering, contributing to the Make in India initiative. It brings together the expertise of Poppe + Potthoff in the production of cold-drawn seamless tubes and Lal Baba in the manufacturing of mother hollows to establish a jointly operated production facility that will support domestic and international markets, strengthening India’s role as a hub for automotive components.
