The Supreme Court Collegium has proposed the transfer of Justice Sudhir Singh to the High Court of Punjab and Haryana, for better administration of justice.
Justice Sudhir Singh was elevated to the bench as an Additional Judge of the Patna High Court on 15th April, 2015. He was sworn in as a Permanent Judge on 20th April, 2016. His father, Justice N.P. Singh, is a Former Judge of The Supreme Court of India and was also the Chairman of Cauvery Water Dispute Tribunal.
