The High Court of Allahabad has decided to revert to virtual hearing in view of rapid surge in covid cases.
The President of Oudh Bar Association has informed that Hon'ble High Court is going for for online hearing mode from tomorrow in the Hon'ble High Court, (as the COVID cases has increased) as has been informed by Administrative Committee of the Hon'ble High Court, in which myself (Amrendra Nath Tripathi, as General Secratary) and the hon'ble President (Mr. Rakesh Kumar Chaudhary) also connected on invitation of the Hon'ble Chief Justice through video conferencing.
He further added that the Administrative Committee had assured to resolve that, no adverse orders would be passed tomorrow and the matters in which the counsels could not connect, would be taken up a day after tomorrow i.e. on Tuesday.
The decision was taken on Sunday in an meeting of the administrative committee of the High Court chaired by Chief Justice Rajesh Bindal.
