Senior Advocate Rakesh Munjal
An eminent Senior Advocate of the Supreme Court of India, Rakesh Sir takes active interest in development of legal profession and young lawyers. He is the Vice President of Indian Law Institute, New Delhi, a deemed University, a premier legal research institute in India
He is also the Vice President of SAARCLAW; Member, Governing Council of Chanakya National Law University, Patna; Member, General Council of Damodaran Sanjivayya National Law University, Vishakhapatnam; Member, Governing Council of Vivekanand Institute of Professional Studies, Delhi; and Secretary General of Global Jurists Foundation.
He has been a member of delegation lead by Hon'ble Chief Justice of India to Harvard University at Boston, U.S.A. (2012) and University of Georgia, Atlanta, U.S.A. (2009) for signing the Memorandum of Understanding between Indian Law Institute and Harvard University as well as Georgia University. Rakesh Sir practices in civil and criminal law primarily in the Supreme Court of India and various High Courts.
