About Indian Dispute Resolution Centre:

IDRC aims to expand its Rules to cater to the growing demands of the global business community with the introduction of the  IDRC Arbitration Rules and the IDRC Mediation Rules. These rules are periodically revisited to ensure relevance with International commercial practicalities and global expectations. The Centre also publishes step by step guides and circulars to facilitate the use of and understanding of its Rules and Practice directions.

Apart from the provision of institutional support for Domestic and International Arbitrations and other ADR proceedings,  IDRC offers online-offline hearing facilities and ancillary administrative services to Arbitral Tribunals operating Ad hoc or under the auspices of other institutions. Established by Indian Dispute Resolution Council (IDRC), a non profit organisation and located at the heart of New Delhi, the IDRC is the India's leading facility for conduct of Arbitrations, Mediations, Conciliations in both online and offline modes.
